Technical Support Engineer – French (Cooling/AC)

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in French to provide remote telephone‑based assistance for cooling and air‑conditioning solutions in computer rooms and data centres. You will act as a technical reference for customers, supporting both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities and ensuring high‑quality, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers via telephone and email.
• Assist with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting of DX and chilled‑water systems.
• Participate in quality conference calls and collaborate with the sales team during pre‑sales engagements.
• Deliver post‑sales support by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and product developments.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical support documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written) and good working proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in the cooling/air‑conditioning industry with hands‑on exposure to DX and chilled‑water systems.
• Understanding of computer‑room and data‑centre cooling requirements is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
