Technology Transfer Product Expert

About the role

Haleon, a consumer health company, is looking for a Technology Transfer Product Expert in Alcalá de Henares. The role is the principal point of contact for current and previous product knowledge, including critical quality attributes (CQAs) and critical process parameters (CPPs), and acts as the site technical lead for packaging technologies, packaging materials and supplier change assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to change controls affecting products or manufacturing processes, and align timelines for technical changes, product transfers, major deviations and investigations.
• Liaise with Regional and Global Technical, QA, QC, Engineering and Operations so products are manufactured in a validated state of control.
• Maintain continued process verification (CPV) and use data trending and statistical analysis to spot risks.
• Maintain and review product control strategies (PCS) and technical risk assessments (TRA).
• Support process validation, including packaging, and act as the voice of packaging, leading site input to package design and packaging improvement projects.
• Investigate product and packaging issues, including complaints, and lead site input to package design.
• Manage compliance records (deviations, CAPAs, change controls, events) and take part in Performance Centric Teams and HAPS deployment.

Required profile

• BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years in Manufacturing Science, Product Development or Technical Operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Preferred: field or plant operations experience, and experience implementing FDA and/or GMP regulations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment technology.
• Use of problem-solving and continuous improvement tools, and project management.
• Preferred: SAP, eBR, serialization, Workday, Veeva, MyLearning, Office.
