About the role
The Hospital Universitario HLA Moncloa is looking for a motivated Nursing Assistant to work in the operating theatre. The role involves supporting surgical teams while ensuring strict adherence to aseptic and sterile standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment.
- Support surgical procedures by handling instruments and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with aseptic and sterile protocols.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to guarantee patient safety.
Required profile
- Minimum experience in surgical areas such as Operating Room, URPA, REA, or Sterilization.
- Organised, punctual, serious and methodical in work.
- Ability to work in a team and handle physical and emotional demands.
- Desire to be part of a long‑term project.
