About the role
This position is for a Nursing Auxiliary Technician to join the care team of an elderly residence. The role involves direct assistance to residents, supporting daily living activities and collaborating with the health team to ensure quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct care and attention to resident users.
- Assist with basic activities of daily living such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary health team.
- Monitor, control and follow up on individual care plans.
Required profile
- Formal qualification as a Technician in Auxiliary Nursing Care or a Professional Certificate in Socio‑health Care.
- Experience in residential or socio‑health centers is valued.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a close, empathetic approach with residents.
