Temporary Center Clerk (Administrative Assistant)

About the role

UPS is looking for temporary seasonal center clerks to support its hubs in Spain with administrative tasks that improve service and customer satisfaction. Candidates must state their preferred location and shift in their application, for example "Coslada Hub 08:00 - 13:00".

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily administrative tasks at your work location
• Perform data entry and data management activities
• Work as part of a team with colleagues at your location to achieve company objectives

Required profile

• High school diploma, intermediate vocational qualification or higher vocational qualification (a completed or ongoing university degree is an asset)
• Proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
• Strong communication, stress management and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate English is an asset; previous experience in a similar role is an asset
