Temporary Store Manager w/m/d - Madrid

About the role

Fursac, a French ready-to-wear brand founded in 1973 with 73 points of sale in France and Europe, is looking for a temporary Store Manager in Madrid. As an ambassador of French style, you will offer customers a unique shopping experience while managing the store and leading your team.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand image so that both customers and the team have an outstanding experience.
• Promote the collections, know-how and products to customers.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment.
• Manage the point of sale and apply the commercial policy: team management, administration, stock management, loyalty, etc.
• Develop turnover and performance indicators, and recruit, train and challenge the team.

Required profile

• Enjoys challenging environments.
• Committed and passionate about the ready-to-wear sector.
• Able to sell suits as well as sneakers.
