About the role
Inspired Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join the Early Years team at King’s College La Moraleja in Madrid. The role supports Pre‑Nursery and Pre‑Pre‑Nursery classes on a temporary basis, providing care and assistance to children aged 1‑3 years.
Key responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
- Assist with the care, supervision and safety of children during daily routines, including mealtimes and transitions.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment that meets children’s social, emotional and developmental needs.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
- Caring, patient and proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in Spain; relevant childcare or education qualifications are desirable.
