Transactions Consultant - Edge Graduate Programme 2027

About the role

PwC is recruiting for its Edge graduate programme in Transactions, based in Barcelona. The programme is designed by PwC Deals across EMEA and Asia Pacific to launch a career in an international Deals environment, and is open to final-year bachelor or master's students. It is a 3-year programme with four rotations and a choice of track.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four rotations in Deals Solutions: Transactions Services, Valuations, Merger & Acquisitions and Restructuring.
• Choose one of three tracks: General, Financial Services or Real Estate.
• Study subjects such as accounting, data analytics, modelling and quantitative methods, and take induction training in Deals Solutions.
• Attend CFA classes throughout the programme and obtain an Advanced Deals Certificate covering the three CFA levels by the end of year 3.
• Take part in networking events in the EMEA Edge community, including a welcoming event and graduation ceremony.

Required profile

• Final-year bachelor or master's student in science, technology, engineering, maths, philosophy, architecture, business administration or finance.
• Average of 7/10 in STEM profiles and 8/10 in financial/business/other profiles.
• Ability to work in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
• Genuine interest in strategic questions, finances, mergers and acquisitions.
