Transformation Analyst (100%)

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a Transformation Analyst in Madrid to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement and design solutions that enhance business performance. The role works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, define scope and make sure project deliverables meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of strategic business and regulatory transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Coordinate project activities across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders in a remote working environment.
• Drive project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, milestone tracking and decision preparation.
• Analyse business requirements, processes and operating models to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design.
• Collaborate with business, technology and operational teams to support implementation, change adoption and project objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases and management updates.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans and practical next steps.
• Manage change, including stakeholder communications, workshop coordination and training materials.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, operations or corporate transformation.
• Fluency in English; proactive, self-driven and collaborative team player with a strong delivery mindset.

Required skills

• Project management: planning, progress tracking, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to structure and drive workstreams across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience or interest in digital transformation, process improvement, automation or AI-enabled business solutions.
