Travel Advisor Intern – Spanish Market

About the role

Join Click&Boat as a Travel Advisor Intern focused on the Spanish market. You will support Spanish‑speaking clients in finding and booking boat rentals while working closely with the sales, supply and customer care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners to secure attractive deals.
• Handle warm leads from the pipeline – no cold calling.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion rates and guide customers through the booking process.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for future bookings.
• Work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Team player with a proactive, customer‑satisfaction mindset.
