University Teacher – Marketing, Business & Data

About the role

ESIC Barcelona is expanding its faculty for the 2026‑2027 academic year and seeks PhD‑qualified teachers to deliver undergraduate programmes as an affiliated centre of Universitat Rovira i Virgili. The position involves delivering courses in marketing, business management, data analytics and related digital technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate lectures and seminars in English across the identified thematic areas.
• Develop practice‑oriented teaching materials that reflect current industry challenges.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and research activities.
• Maintain active links with the professional and business environment to enrich classroom learning.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and academic committees.

Required profile

• PhD degree in a relevant discipline.
• Current accreditation by ANECA or AQU.
• Previous university teaching experience, preferably in English.
• Strong research track record and connections with the business sector.
• Ability to apply active, practice‑oriented teaching methodologies.
