User Researcher

About the role

Ayvens, a global leader in sustainable mobility, is hiring a User Researcher in Madrid. You will drive user-centered decision making across its digital products by planning, running and sharing high-quality research that informs design and product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle
• Turn research findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teams
• Work closely with product managers, designers and engineers to shape product direction
• Select research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys and analytics
• Maintain research documentation, repositories and insight tracking
• Advocate for user needs and embed a user-centered mindset across the organization
• Support and mentor designers and product teams in lightweight research

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design or a related field
• 3-5 years of user research experience in a multi-domain digital product environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in cross-functional product teams and in an international, collaborative setting
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to plan and run studies
• Ability to communicate insights and influence stakeholders up to C-level
• Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Hotjar, Matomo and Google Analytics
• Organizational skills to manage several research projects at once
