UX Technical Project Manager (Engineering & Simulation Software)

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a UX Technical Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of user‑centric simulation and engineering software. You will work with a globally distributed UX team to shape desktop applications, UI workflows, graphics, and AI‑powered assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, QA, field teams and documentation writers across legacy and emerging product lines.
• Self‑organise and proactively resolve design and development challenges while maintaining clear communication.
• Manage the full release cycle of software features, from concept through development to delivery.
• Conceive, design, develop, document and promote new tools and reusable core components.
• Support product managers and designers in creating detailed specifications and mock‑ups.
• Produce internal and external content to showcase new product features.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, Siemens product portfolio and internal design methods.
• Provide guidance to application teams on adhering to design guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CAD/CAE environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with Siemens or Altair modeling and simulation tools.
