Valet – Guest Services at Luxury Ibiza Hotel

About the role

The Valet will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the W Ibiza luxury beach hotel. You will ensure a warm welcome, safely handle luggage, and support the overall guest experience through attentive service and flexible availability.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage in a safe manner.
• Deliver laundry and clothing items to guest rooms promptly.
• Respond quickly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or At Your Service.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of laundry and dry‑cleaning areas.
• Complete all valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate repairs with appropriate personnel and arrange pick‑up for delivery when completed.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a clean and professional uniform, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Availability to work a flexible, full‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel teams.
