Vice President – Cross Asset Solutions

About the role

As a Vice President within the Structured Products Sales team, you will lead the development and strengthening of relationships with financial institutions, private banking networks and retail distributors across Iberia. Leveraging Société Générale's cross‑asset platform, you will originate, structure and execute innovative investment solutions across equities, fixed income, FX, rates and commodities while ensuring top‑tier client service throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with institutional and distribution partners in Spain, Portugal and Andorra.
• Identify new business opportunities and design tailored investment solutions.
• Provide market insights, investment ideas and product strategies to meet client objectives.
• Promote adoption of Société Générale's structured solutions platform.
• Price, execute and manage structured products across multiple asset classes using proprietary platforms and digital tools.
• Oversee secondary market transactions and client requests, monitoring product events throughout their lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, coordinate contractual documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience and operational excellence.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• 7–12 years of experience in Structured Products Sales, Capital Markets, Global Markets or Cross‑Asset Solutions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese and/or French highly desirable.
• Proven track record covering institutional clients, retail distribution platforms, private banking or wealth management channels.
• Demonstrated success in originating and executing structured investment solutions.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of structured products and derivative solutions across equities, fixed income, FX, rates and commodities.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investor behaviour and regulatory suitability requirements.
