Visual Designer (Trade Marketing)

About the role

Exoticca is looking for a Visual Designer to lead the creation, design, and production of high‑impact visual marketing assets for its B2B partners and channels. You will be the primary design specialist within the Trade Marketing team, turning strategic concepts into compelling print and digital collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual design and production of marketing collateral for B2B channels, key accounts, and promotional campaigns.
• Create and adapt assets such as flyers, print ads, brochures, roll‑ups, digital catalogs, promotional videos, animated banners, and presentation decks.
• Optimize formats to maintain visual impact across physical and digital media.
• Customize materials to meet co‑branding guidelines for partner accounts.
• Ensure all artwork adheres to internal brand standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing team, Business Development Managers and Commercial Managers to translate campaign objectives into visual formats.

Required profile

• Resourceful creative professional with a "can‑do" attitude and ability to own the full creative process.
• Strong time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful work across both print (ads, flyers, catalogs) and digital media (short videos, web banners).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Canva.
