Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience Intern

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is offering an internship in Visual Merchandising and Brand Experience within the Iberia market. You will work closely with the VM Manager, stores and external partners to support campaign activations, store environments, visual standards and retail execution, gaining experience in project coordination and omnichannel brand presentation. The position is hybrid, based in the Barcelona office with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Brand Experience team (Brand Environment and Visual Merchandising) on all VM setup projects for omnichannel.
• Help the VM Manager organise VM projects such as openings, refits, campaign setups and activations.
• Check photos with stores so that VM standards and campaign guidelines are followed, and validate campaign missions.
• Work with the local external VM agency, giving it the information and training it needs and providing feedback if results fall short of expectations.
• Share relevant communication with the VM team and stores, and request the information needed for VM projects.
• Take part in the most important VM setups on site.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Business or a related field.
• Able to obtain a valid internship agreement through your university.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment.

Required skills

• Project management skills.
• Window and visual presentation skills, and knowledge of Visual Merchandising.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
