Waiter – Occidental Roca Negra

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter to join our team at the Occidental Roca Negra hotel in Las Palmas. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and sell food and beverages in a qualified, autonomous and responsible manner.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary and attend to their dining needs.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of work stations and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) and HACCP certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
• Mixology basics.
