Waiter / Waitress – Corralejo Sands

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join the team at Barceló Corralejo Sands. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide qualified, autonomous and responsible service and sales of food and drinks.
• Welcome guests, seat them when required and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Attend directly to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and equipment to guarantee smooth service.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and HACCP certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar waiter/waitress position.
• High proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of mixology and general restaurant operations is a plus.
• Team‑player with ability to work under stress, good personal image and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
• Mixology (cocktail preparation).
• High‑level English communication.
