Waiter / Waitress – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at Les Roches in Marbella. You will deliver friendly, professional service in a dynamic, multicultural environment while supporting the learning experience of our students.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to guests.
• Set up and prepare the restaurant, dining, and service areas before each shift.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with stock control and replenishment when needed.
• Support practical learning activities involving students and instructors.
• Promote Les Roches values through excellent guest service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Food handling certificate is desirable.
• Good level of English is essential; Spanish is highly valued.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
