About the role

Join the Barceló Hotel team in Valencia as a professional waiter/waitress, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and sell food and beverages with autonomy and responsibility.
• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure proper seating.
• Provide direct assistance during meals, answering any guest requests.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service tools.

Required profile

• Medium‑level Hospitality Training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hostelería).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work under stress.
• Professional appearance and strong social skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP (APPCC) food safety standards.
