Waiter/Waitress – Barcelona

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Soho House Barcelona, a private members' club located in the historic Gothic Quarter. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver a seamless dining experience, ensuring every member feels welcomed and well‑cared for throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, present menus and set tables with water or drinks.
• Take orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Open wine or champagne bottles, pour drinks, and keep glasses topped up.
• Check for dietary restrictions, make menu recommendations and respond to special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, and perform opening and closing station procedures.
• Present the bill and process payments using card, SHApp or House Pay.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years experience in a busy, high‑profile venue.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Reliable, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle feedback to ensure member satisfaction.
