Waiter/Waitress – Congress Venue, Granada

About the role

Barcelo Hotel Group is seeking a motivated waiter/waitress to join the service team at its Congress venue in Granada. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hostelería) and HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, and a polished personal image.

Required skills

• APPCC (HACCP) knowledge.
