Job description

About the role

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking packages, using heavy machinery where needed and performing other tasks as assigned. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

Receive, inspect and stock inbound products
Handle returns, count and confirm quantities, check condition and complete paperwork
Obtain orders and select products from the right locations, then verify their accuracy
Stage and securely pack products
Arrange pickup of shipments, contact carriers and coordinate schedules
Palletize cases, wrap and load skids onto trailers
Create shipping labels and paperwork so shipping data stays accurate in the warehouse management system
Operate power equipment safely and follow client procedures and compliance regulations
Answer customer inquiries quickly, resolve problems and report service issues to the supervisor

Required profile

High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
Warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
