Wealth Management Advisor – Sales

About the role

The Wealth Management Advisor (Sales) will drive new business by promoting Sheppard’s pre‑structured investment solutions. You will build a pipeline of prospects, deepen existing client relationships, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and promote approved investment solutions to meet sales, revenue, and AUM targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Identify investment opportunities for existing clients and recommend suitable wealth management solutions.
• Assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs to provide appropriate guidance.
• Deliver regular portfolio reviews and proactive relationship management to support client retention.
• Coordinate client onboarding, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and economic developments to inform client recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in wealth management, investments, banking, insurance, or related financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets.
• Strong relationship‑building, networking, and client acquisition abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
