Web Designer

About the role

Cabify is looking for a Web Designer who leads with visual design and can take concepts from idea to implementation using HTML and CSS. You will help shape the visual experience of Cabify’s web properties, contributing to a more accessible, efficient, and sustainable mobility ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new product acquisition and awareness pages across cabify.com and related brand sites.
• Refresh and evolve corporate, PR, legal, and campaign sections of the websites.
• Participate in design reviews, critiques, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and raise the visual and interaction quality across all web touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain patterns, components, and guidelines within the Web Design System.
• Explore new tools, processes, and AI‑driven workflows to improve efficiency.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the broader design team.

Required profile

• Strong alignment with Cabify’s principles and a solid end‑to‑end design process.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills that create intuitive web experiences.
• Ability to craft emotionally resonant designs that influence user perception.
• User‑centred, data‑informed mindset with awareness of business impact.
• Curiosity for emerging tools, especially AI‑driven automation.
• Clear communication in English and Spanish, bridging technical and non‑technical teams.
• Humility, openness to feedback, and a collaborative attitude.
