Web Developer – Spares, MRO & Training (Digital Campus)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters (Albacete) is looking for a Web Developer (m/f) for its Spares, MRO & Training product service line, within the Digital Campus project. You will join the Information Management Directorate and build reliable, secure web applications for internal customers who interact with Airbus customers. The role suits candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications: customer-facing ordering of spares and part repairs, training apps for pilots and technicians, and tools supporting blade repair at maintenance centers.
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and the Tech Lead to understand requirements, refine technical details and estimate effort.
• Write clean, testable code, take part in peer code reviews and flag technical debt.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and handle production incidents and hotfixes methodically.
• Build Proof of Concepts for new requests and support safe releases.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical constraints simply to non-technical people.
• Agile mindset, with Scrum and Jira, and experience estimating effort and managing technical debt.

Required skills

• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript; Angular (React is a plus).
• Back-end: Java and Spring / Spring Boot; Python, Node.js (NestJS) is a bonus.
• APIs, microservices, OWASP basics, SQL and Git (GitFlow); Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD concepts.
• Bonus: SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud, Mulesoft, TIBCO ESB, Solace, TDD, Clean Architecture, NoSQL / MongoDB, Red Hat OpenShift.
