Web Developer – WordPress Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Web Developer with strong WordPress expertise to join our premium wellness company in Marbella. You will help design, build and maintain high‑performance websites and digital tools that support our high‑net‑worth clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve WordPress sites and landing pages, including custom themes and templates.
• Implement new features, integrations, plugins and API connections while ensuring security and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs and keep all sites up‑to‑date.
• Optimize site speed, responsiveness, accessibility and mobile‑first design.
• Enhance conversion rates through UX/UI testing and improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and design teams to apply on‑page SEO, schema markup and technical SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on innovative solutions and project ownership.
