Web Development Manager

About the role

As a Web Development Manager at Simon-Kucher you will lead the technical evolution of the company’s global website, bridging technology, UX and marketing to deliver high‑performing digital experiences. You will own the roadmap, drive performance improvements and ensure the platform scales securely across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into performant web solutions and maintain a clear website strategy roadmap.
• Implement website updates, page builds and template enhancements in line with UX/UI designs and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules, components and integrations, including multilingual configuration.
• Reduce technical debt, improve site performance, scalability and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues and support analytics and martech tool integrations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to testing and monitoring practices.
