Workshop Technician – Avionics

About the role

Join the avionics workshop at Seville Airport, supporting Ryanair's heavy‑maintenance operations on Boeing 737‑800 aircraft. You will work in a dedicated component workshop, learning and performing inspections, repairs and tests on electronic parts and aircraft equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and carry out inspections, repairs and tests on electronic components and aircraft equipment such as water heaters and oxygen bottles.
• Assist other workshop zones when required.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship on all tasks.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, regulations and the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Relevant education or prior experience in the aircraft industry (accredited).
• Ability to understand technical English and communicate effectively.
• Flexible, fast‑changing work environment mindset.
• Willingness to work shifts and travel abroad for training.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and IT tools.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years component maintenance experience within a Part‑145 organization.
• High level spoken and written English.
• Proven organisational abilities.
