Workshop Technician – Small Components

About the role

We are looking for a Workshop Technician to join the component workshop at our Seville base, supporting heavy‑maintenance operations for Ryanair’s Boeing 737‑800 fleet. The role involves hands‑on work on small aircraft parts such as windows and handrails, using a range of mechanical and electrical techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs and testing of small aircraft components.
• Carry out riveting, metal forming, mechanical repairs and electrical checks.
• Assemble components and ensure they meet airworthiness standards.
• Assist other workshop zones when required.
• Complete all required documentation and follow company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Relevant education or prior experience in the aircraft industry (accredited).
• Minimum 2 years of component maintenance experience within a Part‑145 organization.
• Ability to read technical English documents and communicate in English.
• Flexibility to work shifts and travel to other Ryanair bases for training.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and standard IT tools.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
