Account Manager – FMCG eCommerce (TikTok Shop)

About the role

TikTok Shop is expanding its e‑commerce ecosystem in Spain and is looking for an Account Manager to lead FMCG merchants in Madrid. You will work closely with brands, creators and internal teams to grow their presence on the platform and drive sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard FMCG merchants, providing business model advice, creator affiliation and education.
• Develop and execute mid‑ and long‑term account plans to grow merchant sales sustainably.
• Own GMV targets, using data, experimentation and iteration to improve merchant performance.
• Analyse FMCG market trends and sub‑category performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partner content creation on TikTok.
• Lead internal projects that enhance the overall e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Propose initiatives that strengthen competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Logical thinking and solid analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish e‑commerce landscape, consumer demands and digital transformation.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly and learn fast.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
