About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Oterra’s European Southern Sales team in Barcelona. You will drive sales development of our natural colour solutions for food, beverages, dietary supplements and pet food across Spain, working closely with distributors and key customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and Spanish distributors, ensuring strong relationships and growth.
- Resolve client conflicts promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Promote Oterra’s high‑quality natural colour products, supporting launches and campaigns.
- Maintain price lists, forecast sales and use CRM tools for tracking.
- Collaborate with the South Europe team, ITCs, project managers and business support functions.
- Travel up to 60% of the time for trainings, customer and distributor visits.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem‑solver who can lead account development and penetration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Spain.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems for sales management and forecasting.
