Join a fast-paced, high-performance environment as an Account Manager within our Regions team. You will act as the strategic point of contact for our top-tier restaurant partners, driving growth and operational excellence across multiple cities.
Missions principales
- Strategic Partnership Management: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with high-level restaurant partners.
- Business Growth & Revenue: Drive partner performance by negotiating promotions, commissions, and implementing strategic growth plans.
- Marketing & Visibility: Optimize partner visibility on the platform through targeted advertising and marketing actions.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular business reviews and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline operations and improve efficiency to ensure seamless service delivery.
Profil recherché
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced professional environment.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results through data-driven decision-making.
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
Competences requises
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Google Docs, MS Office, and particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-oriented mindset to interpret KPIs and optimize business outcomes.
