About the role

Deel is looking for a Python‑focused AI/ML Engineer to join its fast‑growing R&D team. You will help build and scale intelligent features that power the world’s leading payroll and HR platform for global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI and machine‑learning algorithms using Python.
• Create and manage data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable, reliable AI models on cloud computing platforms.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment and ensure a white‑glove experience for customers.
