Associate Counsel – Real Estate & Infrastructure Transactions

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Counsel to support the expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions across European markets. The role combines transactional execution with market development, offering exposure to cross‑border deals and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership and operational teams in structuring and executing complex commercial and corporate transactions.
• Provide legal guidance on ground lease aggregation, renewable energy, wireless telecom, and other infrastructure projects.
• Manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance across multiple EU jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and multidisciplinary internal teams to facilitate deal closing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in a law firm, in‑house, or mixed environment.
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state and authorized to work in the EU, preferably based in Spain.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools such as Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
