Bilingual Account Manager – SMB (French & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Account Manager to support French- and English-speaking SMB fitness and wellness studios. You will use data and automation to manage a high-volume portfolio, driving retention and expansion at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of several hundred SMB studios, ensuring their success and growth.
• Prioritize accounts by risk and expansion potential, acting on the most critical first.
• Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities using usage and intent signals.
• Develop low-touch, repeatable playbooks and leverage AI and tooling to extend reach.
• Maintain a clean book of accounts and an honest pipeline to accelerate the team.
• Detect early risks and feed insights back into processes.

Required profile

• A strong sense of prioritisation and the autonomy to manage your own book.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable letting signals guide actions.
• Disciplined use of CRM systems and a passion for automating repetitive tasks.
• Ability to operate at scale without losing the human touch.
• Clear, concise communication that works at volume.
