Brand Manager – France-Iberia (Madrid based)

About the role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead commercial brand marketing for the France‑Iberian region from our Madrid office. You will shape brand strategy, drive activation calendars and collaborate across trade, digital, sales and customer development to grow our portfolio of play‑based products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual activation calendar in partnership with Trade Marketing, Brand Communication, Digital, Sales and Customer Development.
- Design innovative marketing strategies that increase brand equity, penetration, repeat purchase and consumer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and shopper behavior to adjust brand tactics as needed.
- Provide input to product development teams and track customer satisfaction metrics.
- Manage marketing budgets, analyse campaign performance and implement corrective actions.
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral and business development initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to ensure coherent regional marketing execution.
Required profile
- Proven commercial experience in brand marketing for an international consumer‑goods company, preferably in toys, gaming or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail campaigns and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with external media agencies and internal cross‑functional teams.
