Brand Specialist – Family Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Specialist focused on the Family segment to join our Madrid office. In this role you will drive the development and flawless execution of the family‑focused marketing plan, ensuring that Happy Meal, family experience and value‑for‑money propositions resonate with both children and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define the strategic marketing plan for the Family scope, including vision, action plan, budget forecast, product innovation and media strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of Family initiatives, guaranteeing on‑time launches and 100 % asset availability in restaurants.
• Coordinate creation of internal and external communication materials across TV, OOH, digital, app and in‑restaurant channels with agencies and internal teams.
• Manage media investment and mix, optimizing ROI in partnership with the media agency.
• Partner with Operations to ensure seamless in‑store execution and continuously optimise activations.
• Collaborate with Global Family teams and local licensors, overseeing creative development, legal, budget and approval processes.
• Monitor and analyse market, competition and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Control the Marketing and Communication budget, ensuring planning, tracking and cost control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing brand or family‑focused marketing plans.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to monitor market trends, competition and consumer insights.
• Budget management experience and ability to optimise media spend.
• Excellent communication skills to align global and local teams.
