About the role
We are a Spanish pharmaceutical group with a strong international footprint, looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive licensing‑out strategies and expand our market presence across human and veterinary products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead licensing‑out initiatives and negotiate agreements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Conduct market research and generate leads for potential clients.
- Establish strategic alliances to broaden the company’s reach.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with strategic goals.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and market‑research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and building long‑term business relationships.
- Relevant knowledge of licensing and business development in the pharmaceutical sector (advantageous).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and meet tight deadlines.
