Claims Processor – Property Fast Track (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Property Claims Processor to join our EMEA Claims Centre in Madrid. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end handling of property and technical risk claims, ensuring accurate assessment, proactive management and timely settlement in line with policy terms, Chubb procedures and service level agreements. You will work within a truly international team representing more than 25 nationalities, gaining exposure to a diverse range of claim types and a multicultural work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of property and technical risk claims up to €20,000, from first notification through settlement.
• Handle a wide variety of claim causes, including glass breakage, vandalism, machinery breakdown, storm/hail, fire, theft and other natural events.
• Provide outstanding customer service to key brokers and clients via email, phone and meetings, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Support brokers and clients throughout the claims lifecycle, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate claim records, including data entry, indexing, file uploads and documentation integrity.
• Adhere to Chubb policies, Madrid Claims Centre SOPs and regional EMEA guidelines.
• Identify and manage process exceptions in collaboration with the Team Leader and Operations Coordinators.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects and support colleagues as needed.
