Client Development Manager – Luxury Boutique (Madrid)

About the role

The Client Development Manager will be based at Christian Dior's boutique in Galería Canalejas, Madrid. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with VIP clients, increasing loyalty across all departments, and supporting the adjacent boutique at El Corte Inglés Castellana.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VIP clients, maximizing their potential for the boutique.
• Increase client loyalty, especially among local clientele, in collaboration with department managers and sales associates.
• Develop a portfolio of VVIC and Elite level clients.
• Plan, coordinate and execute VIP events together with the Events team, ensuring a clear ROI.
• Propose and facilitate local events that boost customer loyalty.
• Monitor client indicators across product categories and leverage events or animations.
• Create and roll out operational tools to support departmental teams.
• Maintain CRM capture rates above 90% and provide feedback for continuous data improvement.
• Analyze results and profitability of actions, refining client segmentation and targeting to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing VIP or high‑value clients within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with department managers, sales associates and events professionals.
• Analytical orientation to monitor performance indicators and profitability.
• Brand ambassador attitude, consistently representing Dior’s values.
