Community & Influencer Manager

About the role

INFINNI is looking for a Community & Influencer Manager to lead its exclusive VIP agency community and drive engagement across its Telegram ecosystem. The role splits 70 % community management and 30 % influencer relations, combining online interaction with high‑impact offline activations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the exclusive VIP community for top agency partners, introducing membership tiers and maintaining a high‑value proposition.
• Manage, moderate and expand primary Telegram channels, launching formats such as Telegram Live sessions.
• Design and operate a gamified points system, exclusive merchandise drops and a premium merch shop.
• Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan real‑life meet‑ups, activations and offline experiences.
• Identify, outreach and onboard niche KOLs and micro‑influencers, guiding them on brand positioning.
• Serve as the liaison between the community and internal teams including Marketing, Product and Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, preferably within creator‑economy or agency environments.
• Strong track record of building relationships with influencers, KOLs or agency partners.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create premium, exclusive experiences.
• Willingness to relocate to or be based in the Canary Islands.
