Consumer Solutions Manager, Product & Sales

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Consumer Solutions Manager to lead product and sales initiatives for its core consumer credit, debit and prepaid offerings across Spain and Portugal. The role combines market expertise, product strategy and client‑facing responsibilities to drive growth and ensure the successful adoption of Mastercard solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert on Mastercard Consumer Core products, benefits and solutions in Spain and Portugal.
• Own strategy, enablement, adoption, lifecycle management and customer readiness for each solution.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development teams to present products, optimise issuer programs and pursue growth with both existing and new accounts.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies together with the Customer Solutions Center lead and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Stay informed on consumer trends, industry regulations and compliance requirements to align Mastercard offerings accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing experience within the payments or financial services sector.
• Deep knowledge of consumer credit, debit and prepaid products and the ability to translate market needs into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal product, account management and external partner teams.
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting consumer payment solutions.
