About the role
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who can turn website and funnel data into measurable business growth. The role is highly execution‑focused, combining strategic CRO planning with hands‑on testing and performance optimisation for both eCommerce and B2B sites.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct CRO audits for DTC and B2B businesses, identifying friction points across the funnel.
- Analyse eCommerce performance metrics, diagnose under‑performing areas and design structured A/B testing plans.
- Design conversion‑first landing page structures and wireframes before visual design begins.
- Create Loom video audits that highlight quick wins and tailored CRO opportunities.
- Use heatmap and session‑recording tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity) to uncover user behaviour patterns.
- Map user journeys, pinpoint drop‑off stages and prioritise improvements.
- Review and optimise copy, headlines, CTAs and value propositions.
- Assess forms, checkout flows and navigation to remove conversion barriers.
- Benchmark against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Optimise post‑purchase flows, including upsell, cross‑sell and retention sequences.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to brief, implement and QA tests.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, UX and user behaviour.
- Experience working with eCommerce and/or B2B websites.
- Ability to analyse funnels, session recordings, heatmaps and conversion data.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
- Clear communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
