Creative Project Manager (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Creative Project Manager to join our Growth Creative Team. You will coordinate and drive a variety of media projects—from content creation and motion graphics to product design and key visuals—ensuring they meet high‑quality standards and support Crypto.com’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management, from ideation to execution, delivering high‑quality creative assets on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, set clear goals, and communicate expectations to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with channel managers, acquisitions, CRM, partnerships, and other growth teams to align projects with strategic objectives.
• Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
• Manage external vendors, maintain documentation, and act as the gatekeeper for creative resources.
• Coordinate with global teams across different time zones as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience in a creative or marketing environment.
• Strong multitasking ability and data‑driven mindset for analyzing campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Agile approach with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Airtable for task allocation and resource management.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience using Figma and other design collaboration tools.
