About the role

The Creativity Excellence & Connect 2030 Lead will drive the elevation of creative output, brand‑building capability and media effectiveness across seven European markets. Reporting to the European Commercial Excellence and Marketing Director, the role bridges European teams with global creativity and media transformation functions to ensure consistent, insight‑driven execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the company’s Creativity Excellence Framework across Europe, fostering bolder, insight‑based creative work.
• Design and execute the Connect 2030 media‑transformation roadmap, promoting evidence‑based media planning and investment.
• Translate global marketing transformation vision into actionable European plans.
• Collaborate with global marketing, regional OU Marketing Directors, agencies, media and insights teams.
• Monitor and report on ROI of creative and media initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• 10+ years in marketing, brand building, creative strategy or media within FMCG or global consumer brands.
• Proven experience working across multiple European markets and in matrix organisations.
• Strong influence, leadership and change‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering creative excellence or media transformation.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
