Customer Advisor (Azerbaijani) – Relocation to Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Advisor who speaks Azerbaijani to join our Sofia office. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high‑quality support to customers through email, chat and phone while representing a leading tobacco brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, live chat and telephone.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the brand, products and industry trends.
• Research and gather relevant data to answer customer questions effectively.

Required profile

• Near‑native written and spoken Azerbaijani.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
