Customer Success Manager – French Speaker (Madrid)

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts within the hospitality sector across Europe. The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, retaining clients long‑term, and identifying opportunities to cross‑sell additional services and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing hospitality clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term client retention.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and account performance.
• Support long‑term business growth through account development.

Required profile

• Fluent or native level of French (mandatory).
• Good level of English.
• Professional background in front‑desk hotel operations, customer support, consulting, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

• €35,000 gross annual salary plus a 10% bonus and commission.
