About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support specialist who will be the first point of contact for our corporate clients in the German mid‑market. You will handle queries, fault reports and help our customers get the most out of our IT applications and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process fault reports via telephone and email.
- Analyse issues, develop solutions together with clients and document them in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex cases to 2nd‑level support when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and support processes within an international team.
Required profile
- Strong interest in IT technologies and quick learning ability.
- Initial experience in IT customer support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in German and French; English is an advantage.
- Service‑oriented mindset, ability to stay organized during busy periods.
- Willingness to work shifts (Mon‑Sat, 7:30 am–9:30 pm) and be on call on Sundays and public holidays.
